Have the ultimate control over your grilling heat with the ability to raise and lower your charcoal grate six levels over an 18″ range while grilling! Similar in theory to a Argentina Grill or Santa Maria style grill, the Grill-Meister is an adjustable charcoal grill with one huge leap in functionality. Instead or raising the food into the open air, where you lose any consistency after 8 inches or so due to cross breeze and lack of cover, the Grill-Meister raises and lowers your stainless charcoal basket. Your food stays protected from the open air and cross breeze on three sides, and more with the breathable lid down, and your charcoal fire is protected from wind flare ups behind walls and doors.

With the ability to fully adjust your grill, come incredible cooking space and durability. You get a two slide out grates with 17 inches of split vertical space. No more reaching your arm over a hot fire to grab something in the back. You can also remove the top grate to cook tall items, and we have an optional heavy duty all stainless rotisserie option with solid 5/8″ stainless hex rod for cooking whole chickens. turkeys, even suckling pigs and more! We even add a slide out ash pan for easy clean up, and sliding air dampers for flare up and added temperature control.

Solidly constructed with three double-walled sides, and a solid one-piece plate construction on the charcoal access doors, the Grill-Meister adjustable charcoal grill is built to last. Every high wear and tear part is solid stainless steel. This includes all the hinges, the charcoal basket and arm assembly and the easy access roll-top lid. For added durability, we offer the option of ordering your Grill-Meister out of solid stainless for commercial heavy use application, built-in application, or harsh seaside environmental use.
